We are bombarded with a plethora of information about new cases, new restrictions and their implications on everyday life. As uncertainty about the future grows it is important to make sure that we build up the right skills for emotional resilience to get through this winter. Our distinguished speaker, Dr. Luana Marques will help us improve our understanding of this process and provide us with a few practical ideas about dealing with the anxieties caused by the pandemic.
