Southwark Cathedral Fundraising Dinner - SOLD OUT
The Harvard Club of the United Kingdom and Southwark Cathedral are hosting a fundraising Dinner in aid of Southwark Cathedral, at which Mark Carney, Governor of the Bank of England and a Harvard alumnus, will speak. The dinner will be held at the Mansion House, Walbrook, London, EC4N 8BH, on Monday 21st September 2015, and the evening’s events will begin at 6.45 pm.
The evening is a wonderful occasion to meet with other Harvard Alumni, to hear Mark Carney, and to support Southwark Cathedral, where John Harvard, the first benefactor of Harvard University was baptised in 1607. The event will raise funds for vital renovation and repair works for Southwark Cathedral as it seeks to fulfil its mission in the 21st century.
