Harvard Din and Tonics

The Harvard Club of the United Kingdom invites you to an evening with

The Harvard Din & Tonics
"A Cappella with a Twist"
on
Wednesday June 4, 2014 from 6:30pm
(Concert starts at 7pm)
at
The Lansdowne Club
9 Fitzmaurice Place
London W1

(Nearest Tube: Green Park)

The Harvard Din & Tonics are Harvard University’s signature all-male jazz a cappella singing group. With a repertoire centered on jazz standards of the 1920s, 1930s, and 1940s, with the occasional rock ‘n’ roll number, these Harvard gentlemen — who perform in white tie, tails, and lime green socks — are known for their impeccable musicality, snappy choreography, and hilarious antics. Performing for sellout crowds, not to mention for travelers on the trans-Atlantic vessel QEII, the “Dins” are currently stopping in London as part of their biannual 10-week, 17-country world tour, where they will again be singing at the Landsdowne Club, which has very kindly agreed to provide the venue for the Dins’ HCUK 2014 performance.

Members can arrange to have the Din & Tonics sing at their own private or corporate events by contacting them at dins@dins.com or by visiting www.dins.com

The concert will start at 7pm. The cash bar will be open from 6:30pm.

Dress Code: Jackets are required for gents, and no denim, jeans, or trainers are permitted. Smart dress for ladies.

If you are a Lansdowne Club member or providing housing for the Dins, you may attend the concert for free. Please email Caroline Costin at costin@post.harvard.edu to register for a gratis place or if you have any other questions regarding the event.
